Finally got my hair done!

Mom and I were kidding around in front of the camera and she got a picture of me with the wind blowing my ears up. We both thought it was so funny. How do you like my, "new do"?

Well its a new year!

Well everybody my momma has had a time with getting a new battery for the digital camera but I did manage to get her to take a few pictures earlier this year when I was working on my scent library. Momma says in order for me to be the best hunting gal I can I have to have a scent library to refer back to. Like how a skunk smells and a raccoon smells or rabbits. Heck, it doesn't matter to me because they are all on my list.

Well on St. Patrick's day my boyfriend Bailey, "Bubba", got the great idea to go paint the town, "Green", so me being the kind of gal that I am and that I love my Bubba so much I couldn't help but to follow him. Mom went out to check on us and we were not home and when she called for us still nothing. Dad went out on the 4 wheeler and Mom got in the car and with the cell phones were trying to find us to no avail. Mom called everybody in the county not to mention all the folks they drove by that would know us. Well after a few hours I got tired and couldn't follow him around, not to mention that our neighbors told Mom and Dad they saw us waltzing across Texas on the farm road not too far from our home by about a couple of miles. Well after it got dark I didn't want to go any further. Mom and Dad were worried so much and all the neighbors were on the look out for us. Then the next day Bubba finally made it home and told my mom that I was coming. Well, after a while she was still afraid that maybe something happened to me because I am so much sweeter and younger than big ole' Bubba. Well he was so tired he came in and got a little bite to eat and a little water and went to go lay down. Then about 2 hours later I finally got home. Mom was so happy to see I was back and safe and sound. Same for me, I was tuckered out too. I guess Mom pick up on that we had dinner out and got something to drink too. We were not all that hungry nor thirsty. But, boy was I pooped out! I mean I was tired. Mom was so happy to see us all she could do is hug us and tell is she was so afraid and missed us too. Then when Dad got home from work he felt the exact same way. Mom was so happy she called all the neighbors and friends that we were back home. Oh, Mom also wants to give Apache's Tribe and their folks a great big, "Thank You", for all of your prayers as well. Mom guess estimates that we were gone for about 16 hours. Boy, we were so tired we slept all Thursday, and Friday. Did Bubba learn anything from this excursion, "NO", but I'm not so sure if I will follow him next time. Dad said he is going to fix the fence and get one of those GPS collars for Bubba being as he gets lost. I just try to keep track of him so I know where he is even though he doesn't know, I know exactly where we are, Lost!
Well at least we didn't get a yelling at or a paddling, after all it never works anyway because we live in the moment and don't know what all that is for anyway. We just came home and Mom and Dad were so happy to have us back and Mom was praising Jesus for all of his blessings and especially that we are home and OK.
I am thankful too!

We had a Great Christmas!

Hi everybody,

It took a while and a lot of growling and barking at my mom but I finally got her to update my blog. I wanted to tell everybody about the new toys my boyfriend, Bailey and I got. We got pig ears, rawhide sticks, and tug ropes without the knots. See my best friend blogger Apache and her tribe have already warned us about being careful about those ropes and the knots that are on them and how harmful they can be. Mom won't let me and Bailey, (Bubba, I call him Bubba for short because he is such a good ole' boy), with the ropes without hooman supervision! She gets very upset with us when we do. She says she loves us so much and doesn't want us to get hurt and she can't afford the vet bills in this economy, or whatever that is, she tries to explain but I get board during the middle of the conversation and run off to go play and shake my noisy fishy then Mom just says, "Oh, well at least they know they are loved"!

So anyway I insisted that Mom put our pictures on the blog with us and our new toys. So please enjoy the pictures. Later!

Wow! We got snow and we haven't had that stuff from what Mom says since waaaayyyy before I was born, auctually about 5 or more years ago! Bailey and I made Airedale Snow Angles but it was so dark the camera couldn't get the shot so Mom posted what she could and what came out. So please enjoy the snow, we get it is so very rarely down here!

Well, here we go again, I told my mom that there are folks trying to reach us and she is trying to figure out how to allow them to blog on my page but she can't figure out how to make her fingers work to allow that to happen. She is still working on it. I told her that Apache's Mom said to allow the cookies to come in so they can be posted but my mom looked at the tool bar and there wasn't anything there about, "options or cookies" she said maybe its because she uses Safari and not Explorer. So now she is on the Windows side of her computer and she had the options to allow cookies and maybe this will fix the problem. I am keeping my toes crossed if I could cross them, but being as I have webbed feet I don't think that is going to happen. So Mom said to pray to God that maybe he will guide her fingers in the right order to fix the problem. We will see how it goes from here!

Now about yesterday afternoon, my Hooman daddy decided to let my boyfriend, "Bubba", Bailey off the leash yesterday and he did ok except for the time he decided to play traffic cop on the road. See we live out in the country on a dirt road, so its not like a major freeway. However, my mom was still yelling at both my dad and my boyfriend to stop playing traffiic cop so Bubba, decided to run down to the pond and stir up a bunch of robins. Last time he was down there he found a couple of does. My mom says to leave the does along because that is all the deer we have around here and she hopes they have babbies. So I was going to go running out in the pasture but I decided with all of the yelling Mom was doing to stay by her side so I don't get yelled at like that either. So we finished cleaning up the yard infront of the barn and Dad finished putting up the light over the double doors for the barn. Gee, it is really going to be nice in there. Dad is going to put the doggie door in and the second ref. in and the extra microwave and watercooler so I will always have cool water while I am in there with my babbies. Mom says that won't be for a couple of years to come and Bailey/Bubba willl have the barn for those four special seasons when I have to be away from my boyfriend so I don't have babbies too soon. We are practicing safe sex. Mom says abstance is the best answer until we are both fully grown and know how to handle babbies. That's ok I love to babby my momma and she loves to cuddle with me when I do. She always says that I am so sweet, smart, gentle, tender and loving. All the good stuff to be a great Momma! So I know I will be a great Momma when the time comes because she tells me so. Well, I have to take my puppy nap and my Momma has to get back to the other work.I asked her if she could put up a picture of me and Bubba/Bailey and she said she will try to later.

Well I am new here so please be patient with me. Thanks

Hi, I'm Ms. Shadaisymae Johnson and I am new here and new to blogging. So please bear with me and my mom. Like all Hoomans she still has to try and figure this thing out. I tell her what to do but she has to figure out how to do it. She is getting a lot of help from Apache's Hooman but personally I think something gets lost in the translation. Too bad they don't speak canine then everybody would know what is going on.

So back to helping my Mom, Hooman how to work this stuff, Later.
